The Mother of Prophet Muhammad

Prophet Muhammad’s mother was Aminah.

One day, she went to Madinah to visit her family.

Once she arrived in a place called Abwa she fell sick and passed away.

Prophet Muhammad was only six years old then.

He was brought back to Makkah.

In Makkah, Prophet Muhammad’s grandfather, Abdul Mutalib looked after him.
