Prohibitions During Hadath

While in a state of a minor hadath, a person is prohibited from doing the following four things:

• Pray
• Tawaf or circling the Kaabah
• Touching the Al-Quran
• Carrying the Al-Quran

If in a state of a major hadath, a person is prohibited from an additional two things:

• Reading the Al-Quran
• Sitting in a mosque

If a woman is in the state of hadath haid, then she is prohibited from an additional five things:

• Walk in a mosque if she feels she might dirty it.
• Fast
• Divorced by her husband
• Sexual intercourse
• Being intimate
