Being truthful

QWhat is the meaning of truthful?

ATruthful means telling only the truth; not lying and not doing something that is wrong.

QWhy must we be truthful?

ABeing truthful is noble and good. To become a good person, you must be truthful.

QWhat are the advantages of a truthful person?

AAllah loves those who are truthful. They will be protected by Allah.

QWhat would happen to those who lie?

APeople who lie are committing a sin. In the end they will only hurt themselves because Allah punishes those who commit sins.

QWho are the truthful ones?

AThey are the Prophets, Messengers of Allah and those who are pious.
